Great planning and great guide as well. Jake was responsive and replied to my email queries very promptly. The guide Graham was always punctual, knowledgeable and without a fault. There were a few small hiccups (e.g. we discovered that there was no AC in the lodging), but Jake and Graham were quick to address the issue (i.e. provided an air cooler) and the trip went on fine. If you are going to tour South Africa and uncertain about the local conditions, then you should consider Amatungulu Tours!

Ich bin über die Homepage von Amatungulu Tours auf die Reise und den Reiseführer Jake aufmerksam geworden. Die unkomplizierte und schnelle Kontaktaufnahme, die super schönen Programmpunkte innerhalb der Reise, die Unterstützung vor und nach der Reise haben absolut überzeugt. Unvorhersehbare Anpassungen aufgrund der ersten Auswirkungen des Corona Virus hat Jake gekonnt berücksichtigt und die Programmpunkte ersetzt. Dabei hat er stets auf unsere Gesundheit und auf unsere Sicherheit geachet. Wir hatten auch besonderes Interesse an regionaler Küche, weshalb wir ausgezeichnete Fisch/Austernrestaurants und Spezialitätenrestaurants (Straußenfilet) mit toller Ausicht genießen konnten Jake spricht neben Englisch auch Holländisch und etwas Deutsch. Dies hat vieles erleichtert. Wir haben zwei Touren mit Jake gemacht (7-day Cape Town, Winelands, Garden Route and Addo National Park und 4 days Kruger Park Big 5 Safari and Awesome Panorama Route). Ich würde jederzeit und sofort wieder mit Jake als Tourguide Südafrika besuchen, um wieder unvergessliche Erlebnisse zu erleben. Ich empfehle ausdrücklich eine geführte Tour, da tolle Tipps und Sehenswürdigkeiten für Insider dabei waren und die Sicherheitslage ein geschultes Auge, wie das von unserem Tourguide, erfordert.
